Warranty Claim Process for Eynshan Wearable Breast Pump

  • Proof of Purchase: Retain your purchase receipt or invoice. It’s essential for verifying the purchase date and determining the warranty's validity.

Sending in Your Device:

  • Shipping Label: If the defective unit was bought less than 30 days ago, Eynshan will cover the shipping charges by providing a shipping label. For devices purchased after this period, the shipping fee will be borne by the customer.
  • Lithium Battery: Given that your pump is integrated with a lithium battery, be sure to adhere to any specific shipping guidelines provided.

Evaluation and Repair:

  • Inspection: Our technical crew will meticulously inspect the device upon its arrival to confirm the defect.
  • Repair/Replacement: If the malfunction is acknowledged and falls under the warranty, the unit will either be repaired or replaced, based on the issue's nature.
